Our aim is to train, inspire and drive the future of Driving Instructors with bespoke training packages, tailored to meet the needs of each instructor.
Throughout the training process, you'll be mentored by experienced ADI's with a combined service of around 50 teaching years. Our trainers understand what it takes to succeed. Your trainer will provide one-to-one coaching, detailed feedback, and practical demonstrations. You'll be equipped with up-to-date knowledge of road safety, DVSA standards, and effective teaching methods, ensuring you can pass your qualification tests and go on to inspire the next generation of safe drivers. Our overall aim is to make the roads safer, one driver at a time.

What It's Like To Train As A Driving Instructor
Training to become a Driving Instructor is an exciting and life-changing journey. From day one, you're not just learning to drive well — you're learning how to teach driving effectively and safely. The training programme is structured to take you step-by-step through the skills, knowledge, and techniques you'll need to guide learners with confidence. Whether you're coming from a completely different career or already have experience in education or driving, the training is designed to support you at every stage.
Supportive & Professional Guidance
Throughout the training process, you'll be mentored by experienced ADI's (Approved Driving Instructors) who understand what it takes to succeed. Balancing Theory & Practical
The course is split into three main parts: theory, driving ability, and instructional techniques. You'll start by studying road rules, hazard perception, and best teaching practices. From there, you'll sharpen your own driving skills to the high standard required of instructors, followed by learning how to deliver lessons, manage different learner types, and give constructive feedback. You'll also develop soft skills like patience, communication, and professionalism — all essential for success out there on the road.
